No professional engagement until written agreement

Information on this site is general. A consulting engagement begins only when both parties accept a written proposal or statement of work. Website content does not create a fiduciary, audit, or legal-advice relationship.

Intellectual property

Site text, layout, and branding belong to PortalForest Coding Consulting or its licensors. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial use without permission. Diagrams and briefs delivered under an engagement are governed by that engagement’s contract.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious content through forms, or use contact channels to spam.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on general website content. For paid engagements, liability caps and remedies are stated in the signed agreement. We do not warrant uninterrupted site availability.
