What we collect

• Identity and contact details you submit (name, email, message, consultation interest, project scope notes)
• Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited when analytics cookies are accepted
• Correspondence you send by email or phone

We do not ask for passwords, full payment card numbers, or government identity documents through the website form.

Purpose

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver consulting engagements, improve the site, and meet legal obligations.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept up to 24 months if no engagement follows, or for the life of the engagement plus seven years where required for professional and tax records. Analytics data retained according to the tool’s configuration, typically 14 months or less.

Sharing

We use hosting and email providers who process data under contract. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by Australian law or to establish legal claims.

International transfers

Our primary operations are in Australia. If a processor stores data offshore, we take reasonable steps to ensure comparable safeguards and contractual protections.

Your rights
